1. Platform Nature

BitcoinX is an education and mining infrastructure platform. We provide informational content, tools, and infrastructure services. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or tax advice.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are charged in Canadian Dollars. MaaS contracts are infrastructure service agreements. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

3. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations related to Bitcoin holdings, mining income, or capital gains under Canadian law (CRA) or any other applicable jurisdiction. Our tax tools are informational only.

4. Mining as a Service

MaaS contracts are infrastructure rental agreements. BitcoinX provides computing power and hosting services billed in Canadian Dollars. Any Bitcoin network rewards go directly to your designated wallet.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BitcoinX for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any illegal purpose. You must comply with all applicable Canadian laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

BitcoinX is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of Bitcoin, lost mining income, market fluctuations, or decisions made based on our educational content. Bitcoin is highly volatile and speculative.
