No. Creating an account and accessing all current courses requires no payment information of any kind.

BitcoinX is a Canadian Bitcoin education and mining infrastructure platform. We offer structured courses on Bitcoin, MaaS mining infrastructure, market tools, and tax tracking — all free to access right now.
